Savo eRH-95 steel hoods in floating luxury villas by Admares

Admares Oy is a Finnish company in Turku that plans and builds innovative floating buildings and other alternative real estates. In October 2016 the company started building among other things 10 floating villas. Their entire production, technical design, management and construction took place in Finland in Rauma. The villas were delivered to Dubai in Fall 2017 and they were finalized on site.

Dubai Properties built 12 kilometres long beach boulevard along the Dubai canal in the Marasi Business Bay area about half a kilometre from the centre of Dubai. The area was mostly built on water. The Admares villas delivered in the area were the first ever floating villas in the Arab Emirates.

“The villas are 200-400 square metres in size and contain 2-4 bedrooms, an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool”, told Admares CEO Mikael Hedberg. The villas are accessible also by boat.

Savo delivered to the luxury villas ceiling mounted Savo eRH-95 Steel Hoods that operate an EC remote blower.
