If your cooker hood malfunctions, please proceed according to these instructions.

1. Warranty valid (Savo cooker hood and BORA system have a two-year warranty, and BORA registered systems have a three-year warranty):

Submit a service request by filling in the service request form below. Attach a photo of the model identifier plate to the service request (can usually be found behind the grease filter). You can find example pictures of the identifier plates from this page. You get a reply message stating that your request has been registered. A local accredited service partner will contact you in 1-2 weeks.

If during the service visit it is discovered that the malfunction has been caused by faulty instalment or use, the service partner can invoice you according to their price list.

2. Warranty period has expired (Savo cooker hood has been purchased over two years ago):

3. Warranty period of BORA system has expired (BORA system has been purchased over two years ago or BORA registered system over three years ago):
