Invoice address

We accept primarily only e-invoices. Our electronic invoicing address is following:

If you are unable to send e-invoices, please send your invoices as pdf attachments to address: invoice-22768678@kollektor.fi.

One invoice per file that contains all the pages of the invoice. Many invoices can be sent in the same email (maximum size 10 Mb). All files must have their own name. The pdf files need to be real pdf documents, version 1.3 or newer. The pdf files cannot be locked or password protected. Maximum document size is 210 x 297 cm (A4). Document name can contain only regular letters and numbers, a-z, A-Z, 0-9.
