Thanks to the innovative lid, the rising steam from the cookware can escape only at a single point and can therefore very easily be extracted by a downdraft extractor. Traditional wall and ceiling cooker hoods can collect the rising steam from this special lid more efficiently too. The tight lid also helps liquids boil faster and with less power. In addition, it reduces sounds from cooking.

The set also includes a high-quality steel pan. With the pan you can cook using less power but still get gorgeous end results. The pan heats up quickly and diffuses the heat uniformly. As there is no coating you can also use steel utensils without worry.

The cookware is suitable for all heat sources – induction, ceramic, electric and gas. The sturdy handles are easy to grip and safe – they do not get hot.
